Returns and Exchanges
Unfortunately, we can not accept refunds/exchanges on MELR lashes due to safety and hygiene reasons.
If you receive the items and it appears faulty or damaged, you must notify us within seven days of purchase.
Refunds can be given after the initial seven days depending on circumstances, which are dealt with individually.
Please contact our customer service team @melr.co.uk. We will then issue a refund after you have provided us with photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty item(s), with your order number.
Please make sure the photograph is clear enough so that we can make an accurate assessment.
Once we receive photographic proof of the postal receipt and damaged goods, we will issue a full refund.
FREE delivery for all UK orders. Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive.
Please allow 5 - 12 working days for all international orders this includes the rest of Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia.
Please note: If you do not receive your items within 15 working days, contact us, and we will investigate the issue to fast track any possible delays.
